“expesive disappointment...don´t get allured by pictures”

Despite the trendy design architecture, the hotel would need heavy renovation. The thematic suit where we were staying was dirty and broken in many parts. It was located on the first floor over the bar where people would continue yelling till late night (and the man at the reception refuses to deal with the problem stating it is just a normal situation in summer weekends): impossible rest. A way too expensive even in Rome.

“Modern hotel close to train and subway”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 June 2010

This hotel is located in the outside of Rome, but very close to train station (to airport) and also about 10 min walk to the subway. A prefect stay if you don´t want do pay overprice to stay in the city center.
We waked one day from Coloseum to the hotel, and it took about 30 min.

The hotel is very modern, high standard and the room we stayed in, was very good. We also tried the restaurant and can highly recommend it! There are good restaurants in the nearby streets as well.

The breakfast was OK, nothing special. The staff gave their best all the time. Very friendly and service minded.

I would go back to this hotel if I am going to Rome agagin!

“great hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 June 2010

Stayed here for 4 nights. It was very modern with a very arty theme to it.
Our room was on the green floor and it was clean , painted green with a sky muriel painted on the ceiling.
Breakfast was plentiful with choices of fruits, yoghurt, pastries, breads etc scrambled egg and bacon. Great start to our days.
The nearest metro Pyramide was 5/10 min walk down the main road depending on your speed. The main Oestience train staion is the same distance so easy to walk from the station when you arrive from the airport F.
Great hotel. would definitely recommend.

“Pleasant hotel- great service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 April 2010

Stayed in the Hotel Abitart for three weeks for work. The location was convenient, although not in the heart of central rome, very close to the subway so getting around was very easy. The best part of the stay was the hospitality shown by the front desk workers. All the workers were very friendly, personable and helpful. Rooms were pleasant, but seemed to vary greatly room to room. Rooms were cozy though which is important when being gone on business for three weeks. The beds were ok, not the most comfortable ever (had two twins pushed together to make a larger bed) but they were comfortable enough. One drawback was the lack of a fitness center, although there was one accessible across the street.

Would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

“A very nice property in a very good location!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 September 2009

Clean, modern and conveinient. The staff helped us greatly on our arrival. While waiting for the rest of our extended family to arrive (Sunday), we were overheard by the staff wondering if and where we could go to mass. Within moments they got us the information we needed, got us a cab with a driver who spoke modest English, but gave us a great running narrative as he took us to St. Peters. We made mass and were so greatful! Our group did have a lovely breakfast buffett (but I don't know if we paid or not).
Rooms were very nice, beds were great, and the property immaculate!
