We stayed at Orazia for a week. The staff was very friendly. They made reservations for us, gave us travel advice, and spoke English very well. The room was clean and updated and large enough for the two of us. Yes, the TV and air conditioner were small, but that is typical for non-American. The breakfast was also an Italian breakfast (croissants, rolls, yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, etc), but filled us up well each day. Some reviewers have complained about the location. We loved how close it was to the sites and walked to almost everything. The park nearby does have some graffiti and the occasional urine smell, but this was common every where we we went in Rome. We never felt unsafe, even when returning around midnight. The elevator always worked, although it is small and slow. The only complaint is that the shower was small and drained slow, however we never bothered to tell the staff about the drainage problem.
