This was the only hotel we could find at short notice or we would have moved. There was a lot happening in Rome at the time. We had a shared bathroom that was disgusting, fortunately we had taken toilet wipes so we cleaned it before we used it. They recommend taking jandals for showering but gumboots were required for this one!! Orange soap scum everywhere. The floor in our room still had cigarette ash on it when we arrived & was still there when we left, the aircon was noisy, shutters rusting, Generally dirty. Breakfast was basic but the nice indonesian waiter made a nice cup of tea. Was handy to the termini which was its best feature!

Its not really necessary to add to the reviews for this hotel but it was so bad, i felt i had to. The room was falling apart, the window shutters were rusted shut so the room was in constant darkness, the taps in the bathroom fell off and rust has overrun many of the appliances. I feel lucky to have not gotten stuck in the creaking, dodgy lift. To top it all off, the included breakfast consisted of stale croissants and bread. That's it! Cereal cost extra and the juice machine was broken (putting out a jug of juice out has obviously not occured to them).

I was staying there as part of a tour but had booked 3 additional nights after the tour finished. They moved me to a single room with a leaking loud airconditioner and had to use a shared bathroom which was disgusting. I asked to be moved to another room but the rude person at the desk said that i had to stay there for one night atleast. I just walked out around the corner and booked another hotel which was meant to be 3 star but turned out to be 5 star in comparison. There are so many hotels in the area and would strongly suggest to book somewhere else.

We are a 30-year old Canadian couple and went to Hotel Bianca in June 2011. It was honestly the worst hotel we went to during our 2 week-stay in Italy. The location is NOT great. Of course, it is located near the termini, which is practical. But every Italian we met told us it was a dangerous neighbourhood at night. The hotel was creepy in itself, but our room was simply disgusting: really weird smell, wallpaper hanging down from the walls and the bathroom was covered with filth.
For the exact same price, we strongly recommend to rather go to Maria Luisa B&B, where we also stayed. It's still very modest, but at least it is clean. Even though it is also near the termini, you can feel that it is in a much safer and animated area.
