We are a 30-year old Canadian couple and went to Hotel Bianca in June 2011. It was honestly the worst hotel we went to during our 2 week-stay in Italy. The location is NOT great. Of course, it is located near the termini, which is practical. But every Italian we met told us it was a dangerous neighbourhood at night. The hotel was creepy in itself, but our room was simply disgusting: really weird smell, wallpaper hanging down from the walls and the bathroom was covered with filth.
For the exact same price, we strongly recommend to rather go to Maria Luisa B&B, where we also stayed. It's still very modest, but at least it is clean. Even though it is also near the termini, you can feel that it is in a much safer and animated area.

"Hotel" Bianca is a stinky, old, creepy, dirty nightmare. The website is a lie. Even if your only parameter is location, don't choose this place. After one horrible night we ran away never to return.
