“Good hostel in a great location.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 December 2011

The hostel was very secure, with a beautiful garden courtyard entrance to the building. A short walk to the Termini train station, with easy access to the airport and the rest of Rome.

The hostel was reasonably priced, but they did not accept credit cards and slightly overcharged us (higher than the printed online quote total).

Our room was one of 3 on that floor that shared a full bathroom as well as a full kitchen and internet. There was also a small continental breakfast served every morning that was included.

The rooms were very basic with thin mattresses and thin pillows. The hostel was good overall for someone on a budget.

“enjoy a private flat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 August 2011

our son rohit and daughter in law neepa found out this accommodation through booking.com. a two bedroom air conditioned flat with fully equipped kitchen and neat and clean toilet was a pleasant surprise for us when myself with my wife , daughter and her two kids checked in there. we felt so free there as if we have moved in our own accommodation.
the location is so much convenient that nothing is out of reach. all parts of Rome and Vatican city were conveniently approachable by nearby metro train; buses; and hop in hop off travel facility. at euro 180 per day it was a win win situation for us.....

Room Tip: the rooms are quite specious and are situated in a condo; giving full security to you.

“So Central”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 July 2011

It was so easy to find this hotel from the railway station, we booked from Australia so didnt know what to expect. The room was small but very authentic and clean, the staff were there to meet us as arranged, spoke very good English. There are plenty of internet cafes downstairs, restaurants and shopping, I loved the courtyard and the kitchen was accessable, nice big refrigerator to share. We would certainly stay here again.

“Good B&B, great location, helpful staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 June 2011

We had a double room, the room was clean and well maintained as was the attached bathroom. The view overlooked the courtyard. The kitchen, though small, was very well stocked ( breakfast could be availed of, even later in the morning). The linen was changed everyday.
On the downside, the room was small but as b &b pricing goes, it was good value for money. The best thing about it was the location, just a couple of minutes walk from Termini.

Room Tip: Upper floor - 5th

“CLEAN, GREAT LOCACATION - BUT IT COMES WITH A PRICE THAT'S NOT MONEY CAN BUY”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 March 2011

THe location is great, literally a 2 minute walk to/from the Termini Train Station, which is the central station in Rome, shuttle buses/express trains come to and from the airports to this station!

Price, I paid 55EUR for a Wednesday night in early March for two people - not bad at all.

The hotel is VERY clean, I felt satisfied with its upkeeping. The bed is a "you get what you pay for" type, for 55EURs it is a standard, non-plush bed.

Service - The hotel staff forgot to provide towels upon arrival, when I asked for them, they were quickly provided. Besides, this no other requests were made.

DISLIKES: The walls are PAPER THIN, I would hear anything and everything coming from the street (mind you the Inn is just off a main street) and from the building's tenants. Our room was a bedroom of an apartment, wherein 2 other parties were occupying the other 2 rooms of the 3 bedroom apartment, we shared one communial entrance, though we never saw the other guests, we did hear them. The walls were so thin, even though we were on the 5 or 6th floor (cant remember the exact floor), I could still hear the clacking sound of every women's heels that strutted down our street - folks, apparently many women wear high heels in Rome as I hear shoe clackings up until 2am, in addition to hearing several sirens. Which made me question the safety of the neighborhood.

Overall, the Inn is a great value for one night, however I would not reccomend it for more than one night, nor would I stay here again as I value my sleep, I should note - I'm a deep sleeper.
