Fabulous location near the Trevi fountain. Great for evening strolls. We booked on (---). We checked in at a different building than we stayed in. The rooms across the street were FAR superior to those in the check-in building. Individual air-conditioning, cable, hard-wood floors. Big room, large bathroom (+ bidet!). No elevator to our third floor room though!! Breakfast was across the street -- yoghurt, rolls, bread, juice and coffee. Standard euro fare. Quiet street despite it's proximity to the action.

We chose this hotel for it's location - a short stroll to the Trevi Fountain. In fact most of our walks around this great city of Rome seemed to wind back to our accommodation passing the Trevi Fountain before heading to bed each night. Very romantic! We booked this hotel online without any problems. Finding a hotel in Rome proves to be very expensive for the standard you get. This is no 4 star lodging. B&B style with typical gloomy, ?rustic, Italian decor with a very basic aged bathroom - it's rated 3 stars - only because it has a telephone and TV I suppose. Breakfast was very very ordinary - continental comprising I recall powdered style orange drink, a plastic wrapped croissant and coffee. Would we return? Probably only for it's location and price.
