We had a 3 br condo two floors. Split the cost among 3 couples. View is great and the little restaurant was good. Nice owners too! We were prepared for the worst because of the reviews but were pleasantly surprised. Know it going in that they charge 35 euro per person for use of the health club whether you use it or not. Still a bragain even with that, Car is an absolute need here.

this resort /apartment was the most basic we have stayed in with r.c.i./club la costa in the 10 years or so we have been members although we did find the staff to be friendly and helpful. our main complaint was that on arrival at the local metro station latish on the saturday evening we were stranded for about 2 hours trying to get a taxi out to the resort. the phone number i was trying to contact the resort with (on our confirmation sheet) was not their reception number - please make sure you have the correct contact number, if we had had our 2 children with us i would of been frantic standing there on what seemed to me to be a mere by-pass/dual carriageway in the dark! the resort shuttle bus they run to and from the metro station doesn't run on a saturday which is one of their checking in days!! the days it does run you have to be back on it by 7pm so no nice romantic evenings in Rome for us as it was too expensive for us to taxi it back. Rome was fabulous though and i can't wait to go back - just stay closer or actually in the city next time. oh and our room flooded on the 3rd night there, we had to pack everything up and move to another room which we did under our own steam with no help from the staff, i think the receptionist may have been on duty on her own - no mention of any recompense though as in maybe a free breakfast or shuttle travel as way of an apology. husband tried the pool which he said was rather cold and the gym was very ill equipped.

We choose this as part of a time share exchange. It was a way to see Rome at a reasonable price during the high season. I was glad we went dispite reading some other reviews.
We did not rent a car and we had trouble getting a cab from Rebbia metro station. Once we got the cab, the driver didn't know where the place was and dropped us off next door. Once you find it the first time you will be ok. We used the hotel shuttle into Rome each day. It left at a perfect time in the morning, but we would have liked an option to stay in town later each night. A rental car would allow for more flexibility in that area and I recommend it if staying here. We relied on the kindness of our neighbors to drive us to a local grocery store and to dinner a few nights while we were there.
The room was fine, had a full kitchen and the jet tubs in the bathroom were a treat. I was happy to find that in-room wireless internet service was available. It cost about the same as the internet cafe's in town. We never even looked at the hotels fitness center or pool area. We were gone most of the day, everyday of our stay.
It would be more convient to stay right in Rome, but this was a nice, affordable home base for us. If I were to visit Italy again, I would book hotel rooms in many different cities and only spend a night or two in each. The train system makes travel very easy throughout Italy.

We arrived about 6pm. From the airport had to take a taxi, because the Hotel does not have a shuttle service or would send a taxi for us. The Taxi was 80E which turns out to be 110 USD. When we left they arrange for a local taxi to take us to the airport for 65E. Don't know why they wouldn't do this to get us there!
Had to buy a card that gave us a so called discount for the pool and spa area., and food service at the resturant. Instead of 4E for slippers which had to be worn it was 2E. To take the shuttle into the subway it was 6E round trip per person with the card. WiFi was also an extra fee and the discount with the card at the one and only resturant/Bar was two euros per purchase. However I'm not sure if we ever got the discount or not because there were not any prices on the dishes selected. We just got the bill after we ate. The people were all very nice and helpful and the food was very good. The room was damp and cold the whole time we were there, even though the temp was in the high 70's and low 80's. To go anywhere you either had to have a car or take the shuttle, the nearest village is about 5 miles from the hotel.
