We stayed for a week in February with our two children (10 & 14). We have stayed in a lot of timeshare accommodation over the past 15 years, in Europe and the USA, so can make fair comparisons. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Not spacious by USA standards, but the one-bedroom apartment was fine for the four of us. There is a compulsory Euro 35 weekly charge per adult for use of the pool & sauna. Not much else on site to entertain, other golf of course, but special mention goes to the small but excellent bar & restaurant which is very friendly with a surprisingly good range of inexpensive food from breakfast to until 10.00pm, closed Mondays. The resort offers a bus shuttle for the metro station, and some day excursions, but these are rather expensive and inflexible. Highly recommend that you hire a car. Depending upon traffic, the metro is 20-30mins drive and parking is only Euro 1.50 for the day and 1 Euro for the trip into Rome
