This inn in the center of Rome is not an hotel and not a b&b, it's a house in the center of Rome (2 minutes from Piazza Navona) with few nice and quite big rooms. The place has been recently renovated and the furniture is quite nice and trendy. The people working there are nice - we didn't need assistance about Rome so I can't judge their ability to support tourists - but there is no one during the night. Although the area has CCTV, you probably feel safer with having somebody always there (what if you get a drunk and noisy guy next door spoiling your sleep?).
The only downside of the Residenza is that rooms (at least the room we were in) are not very well sound insulated; you could hear the women chatting in the reception or other guests entering and exiting their rooms. But of course it's an old house in the Rome center, not a lame hotel room...
Price is adequate - we paid 160 Eur between Christmas and New Years Eve but in lower season periods you should be able to pay less.

It was quite easy to catch a bus from Terminus down to the hotel. It within walking distance to everything. Great stay, great value.

We stayed here after booking at Residenza Navona First and being lead by Nadia, our hostess, a block away to San Pantaleo. The rooms are on the fourth floor accessed by a quaint lift. Our room was modern and clean with hot water and a basket of packaged fruit and nutrition bars. Breakfast is a serve yourself table in the hall with bread for toasting, a coffee machine and different kinds of cereal. The location is great as it is only a few minutes from Piazza Navona. No luxuries, but I would stay there again.

We stayed here during our first trip to Rome. The location was great, very close to Piazza Navona, and within walking distance to many of Rome's main sites. The service was very good. Nadia was extremely helpful with everything. I would like thank her and the owner for the special attention I received during our stay at their B&B. The room was comfortable, clean, and very spacious. The quality of the bed was the best we experienced during our entire trip to Europe. It was also extremely convenient to have free WIFI in the room. The only thing we didn't like as much was the quality of the breakfast, which consisted of individually wrapped pastries, crackers, and other snacks for a quick breakfast. This is definitely an area they should improve, as it takes away from the overall charm and service of the B&B.
