We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights as parents with our college student. Room was very well done, clean and high ceilings. Bathroom was great with a very large tub and shower. The Lepanto metro stop is probably 5 blocks away. Convenience store 1 block away. Staff was very friendly and helpful with maps and attractions/directions. Great street market 1 block away to shop and for fruit/vegetables/produce. Felt like a safe area to be in. Wifi was free in the room. They sroed our luggage for 6 hours until we left, but only at the front desk. I asked if they had a luggage room to secure it and she said no. Nothing was stolen, but leaving it by the front desk didn't excite me. Would definitely stay here again. Goog value for Rome.

Stayed 4 nights in late oct, easy to find from Lepanto metro station (5 mins walk) room very clean and well equiped (Equivalent to premier inn) ask to stay in upper floor away from lift, we had room 404. Breakfast is fine with bread, boiled eggs, cereals, pastries,fruit, more than enough to start your day. Reception staff very good, friendly, helpful and forthcoming with advice. We arrived at 1130 and were still allowed to book in to our room and on last day allowed to leave luggage in reception. There is a lounge and bar which although not greatly used was well layed out. There is a mini bar but is quite expensive.
Location was in a nice area with a few restaurants and bars within 5-10 mins walk, rome is not cheap but then again you can still eat out for 15-25 euros each depending on wine etc
Free map in foyer and Vatican is 10-15 mins walk and 30 mins to spanish steps. Bus 30 takes you to Collusium area and runs every 20 mins or so. Only used metro to get to Termini station as you see so much by walking and getting bus.
Only one negitive point about hotel and this is common to a lot of hotels is the charge for internet access which is 2e for 30 mins and 5e per 24 hrs which in this day and age should be free as a benefit to the customer. Would stay here again.

Was a total pleasure, close to the metro and bus stop literally on the exit of the building, we where skeptical initially as we booked this little gem from the reviews we read on here but took our chances and spent 15 days of pure satisfaction in a a room big enough and very clean, to our contentment it was a stunning old building exactly what we had in mind when deciding to go on holiday in Italy. The most pleasant, helpful staff that are always willing to be of assisatnce no matter what time of day or night it is. The Vatican is around the corner and different suburbs are like 2 mins away via the Metro.

I will definitely go back here and will suggest this as a place to anyone that wants to feel like they are at home even though they miles away.

This hotel is convenient to the Vatican and the Rome metro. The staff were very helpful and the rooms well presented and clean. A light breakfast was included in our room rate and was adequate especially as we were short on time. The hotel is located on a quiet back street about 10 minutes from the A metro line so about 25 minutes from the central district. There are a few good restaurants in the immediate area and a few shops. The Vatican is about 20 minutes walk.
