A member of my group had her purse taken in the dining area. Purse contained her passport, credit cards, money, and other vaulables. Hotel not secure:anyone can walk in; no security cameras. My phone never worked. The young girls at the desk were very helpful and friendly; the older man was not.

Despite the Hotel being named the Center Hotel, it is no where near the Center. It is at least 30 mins walk through some seedy areas. The Hotel itself is more than basic. In fact it offers very little more than a bed, if you call small camp bed type mattresses beds! The towels were the same thickness as the sheets. Breakfast involved machine coffee and juice with bread roll only. Staff unhelpful. The surrounding area for the Hotel was possibly the worst run down area I have ever been in and walking to the nearest restaurant was a frightening experience. I would never go back to this Hotel even if it was free.

Room rubbish, broken furniture, cramped shower/toilet. Too much noise from trains and trams at all hours. Breakfast rubbish. No coffee, (machine broken), juice machine useless, rolls part frozen.

This hotel was described by the hotel broker as being convenient for the Termini Station. Well if you call having to drag our cases 3km along cobbled streets convenient ??

The hotel is located in what has to be one of the most depraved areas of Rome surrounded by drunks and beggars and very few restaurants or bars and directly opposite a tram station.

The continental breakfast was laughable giving a selection of bread rolls...and thats it.

Granted, the place was clean but the rooms were beyond basic with terrible lighting and plumming. We were woken every morning when our neighbour went to the toilet or had a shower as it sounded like he was taking it in our room!!

Its a hotel miles from anywhere with no character and nothing that would make me go back there.
