We have stayed in this apartment block twice now. It is in the best possible location (right on the SpanishSteps) and the staff are all very efficient, friendly and very welcoming. (They also speak excellent English - which was very helpful as none of us -sadly - spoke Italian - and relpy to one's e-mails very promplty.) The rooms and apartments are beautifully furnished and while it is at the expensive end of the spectrum it is not outrageaously so considering its amenities and the location, especially if you wanted to treat yourself for a special occasion. They have a very helpful list of recommendations for eating out and will organise tours and excursions to fit your needs. Wonderful!

I love this Establishment because the Staff aren't "Stuffy". They are truly very friendly and will always try and fulfill your requests. Whilst there isn't a Restaurant within the complex , you have only to walk out the Front Door to Babington's or one of the many other handy Restaurants. You're right in the heart of Rome so there is no shortage.

There is a nearby Supermarket which we make the most of . It's great when you can cater your own Breakfast or Lunch (not that you spend much time indoors in such an amazing location!}.

Most places are within walking distance, and if not, the Train is almost next door.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else !!

It's the second year we travelled to Rome and stayed at this hotel. Situated at Piazza di Spagna its the perfect starting point for visiting the many excitement locations in Rome. Everything is at walking distance or at max taxi-trip costs arount €10.00.

Very helpful staff, a pretty large room and very good cleaning.

What's not to like? Well that's a hard one. They changed the wireless internet and that did not work the way it should. On the other hand, the problem was the provider, not the hotel itself. The staff did solve the problem by remove the authentication on one level of the hotel so we were able to use what we needed. And the problem was solved later on.

And remember: It's a free service (which is getting scarse nowadays since more and more hotels start using payed "hotspots" from telecom providers).
