We booked 2 rooms here based on the TripAdvisor reviews and were glad we did! The man at reception was especially kind and accommodating, when the elevator temporarily broke-down and he personally carried our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs! The free breakfast around the corner was nice (free cappuccini!) and the waiters there were extremely cheerful every morning.
The only issue we had with the room was that the walls were quite thin. We could hear the people next to us jangling the hangers in their wardrobe and running water in their bathroom. It didn't keep us up at night, but if you are a light sleeper you might be annoyed. The double glazed windows, however, keep out the street noise extremely well.
