I took my Dad to Rome for his 70th birthday and I'm so glad we stayed here. We had a walk which took longer than expected from Termini and were a bit frazzled when we arrived. I could see my Dad visibly cheer up, lighten up and chill out as we were greeted warmly by the twinkly owner, and whisked down the parquet-floored corridor to a cozy and charming room. The location is spot on for sightseeing - 2 mins to Spanish Steps, 5 mins from Trevi Fountain and probably 9 mins to Pantheon. But the best thing was how quiet it was. You could hear a pin drop at night (or raindrops - it poured). This was a real find and I'd strongly recommend it. Simple breakfasts are served in the room.
