This hotel has a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we stepped into the building (even at 10:30 in the evening!) The staff welcomed us with a smile and helped us up to our room. The rooms are very cozy and nicely decorated! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and every morning we would be warmly greeted by a hotel worker. There was plenty of help provided from the staff to locate the tourist areas as well as hidden gems! Overall this is an excellent hotel - you won't be disappointed!

We visited Rome for the first time in June 2011 and stayed at the Hotel Del Corso, which is right in the middle of all the action on Via Del Corso. Surrounded by plenty of shops, bars and cafes and within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.

I had a single room, which was clean, elegant and very comfortable with a lovely ensuite. My uncle and aunt, with whom I travelled had a double room and theirs was roomy equally elegant and clean. The staff were always helpful and obliging, even allowing us into our room before the usual 2 pm checkin. Breakfast offered a variety of different hot and cold foods and was not in a room, but up on the rooftop terrace.

When next in Rome, we will go back to the Hotel Del Corso ANYTIME! Great place.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel del Corso last week and had a lovely, lovely time there. Our room was large, by European standards, clean, quiet (on back of hotel) and most important, the staff was kind and helpful and really seemed to care that we enjoyed our time at the hotel and in Roma. My only criticism - and the reason I didn't give it a 5 - was that the wifi was so very slow....perhaps not a problem the hotel can correct but if they can, it would be perfect!

Perfect location and that's all! Straight to the centre.
Still it's the worst hotel I've ever visited in my life! Very small, very very very dirty! Bad smell in the room plus it had a window from which you could see the corridor! Very small breakfast room, very poor breakfast.
Way too expensive for it's quality.
Do not visit!!!
