“Loved the terrace”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early Oct 2011. The staff were great, giving us maps and directions. The room was a good size and the little terrace was a nice treat. The bathroom was super cramped though, you had to almost crawl over the beday to get to the toilet and the shower was barely big enough from me to get my arms up to wash my hair. The rooms were not very sound proof and inconsiderate guests would let the security door slam which was right outside our room. Breakfast was very lacking, but the large terrace was nice to sit and enjoy a coffee. Great location, only about 4 blocks from the train station. We didn't have any problems finding the hotel once we got off the train. I did find the bed very uncomfortable.

“Value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

Very well located, less than a 10 min walk to Termini as well as Cavour. This is on the nicer and safer side of Termini. all modes of transport are extremely close. This is more of a back packers area with lots of nice & reasonable restaurants & pubs around. The hotel rooms are quite basic. No frills. But is complete value for money. We paid 70 euros a night including breakfast. The breakfast was simple but nice, with eggs to order some meats and cheeses and desserts. Breakfast is served on the rooftop which was really nice. The Philipino lady who served there was quite sweet and friendly. We stayed here for 4nights. It is just above a hostel, hence is quite lively and has a cheap bar right outside. The reception is slightly inside, you need to walk down the corridor just before the hostel.
Try not to take the room at the entrance of the floor as it can get a little noisy.
Recommend it as a no frills attached hotel, very well located safe and comfortable.

Room Tip: Try not to take the room at the entrance of the floor as it can get a little noisy.

“Good Value for Money, secret Tip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 January 2012

Although you would not expect it, this hotel is good value for money. We stayed here for 4 days on New Years eve. The Hotel has a 24 hours reception, the staff is really friendly and helpfull. Besides that the rooms were very clean, not big but very clean.

The hotel is very close to Termini Railwaystation and gives you great opportunity to explore the city from there

“A pleasant stay ....”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 November 2011

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel and overall it was a decent stay. After arriving at Termini Station the directions to the hotel following street signs and directions from Google etc are quite misleading so if anyone wants clear and simple directions dont hesitate to message me. Despite this, the hotel is in a good location and only a 10 minute walk from the station which i would say is probably the best place to stay as Termini is the only stop where the 2 metro lines change. The hotel is on a quiet road with a couple of restaraunts on, the restaraunt next to the hotel isnt too bad and quite resonable price. The reception is 24hours and the staff are friendly, just ask them for WIFI (free) and you will get a slip of paper to log on although they only gave us 1 so if you have a phone each just ask for another password. There is only 1 lift which is tiny and the rooms are located on the 6th floor. There was no negatives regarding the room, just a simple space with 2 single beds pushed together, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a TV etc. The bathroom was fine with clean towels daily, soap/shampoo etc and hairdryer and the room was cleaned every morning. We also had access to a small outside area from our room although at night this was sometimes quite loud as there is hostel on the lower floors. The only thing that was quite poor was the breakfast. Tea/coffee was offered along with water/orange but food wise was quite poor. Croissants were available but sugary and filled with custard which i did not want to eat early in the morning, selection of jam/marmalade, cheese slices and bread rolls.
Overall the hotel was fine and i would recommend it to others to stay as it is cheap compared to other places and in a good location.

“A good stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 November 2011

Rooms were clean and breakfast was wonderful on the 6th floor terrace.
Reception was especially helpful when one of us lost our passport.
A bit of a walk from Termini station (around 10mins) but there is a supermarket nearby which made things very convenient.
Wifi worked well too and overall, a comfortable hotel to stay in.
