In a residential neighborhood, it is an older building with character. They have two terraces which look out over a valley with individual gardening plots.
The breakfast was great! Croissants and coffee, biscotti, bread and orange juice. Giancarlo and Miriam don't speak much English, but were very nice.
There are a few local restaurants near bye which are reasonable in price and good food, plus two grocery stores with fresh bread, cheese and wine.
A good value and nice people.
