Spent three nights here. The rooms have everything you would need, single comfortable bed, sink, table and chair, wardrobe, bedside locker. Good quality towels supplied. Our rooms were at the front of the building and a bit noisy late at night. The bathrooms are spotless and the showers are ok. No television and no public sitting room that I saw. Any one who has ever spent time at a convent school will feel completely at home here. There were families, couples and singles staying. The breakfast was the only real drawback - one white roll and coffee but that can easily be compensated for in any coffee shop nearby. The location close to the top of the Spanish Steps and the cost of 35 euros a night are difficult to argue with. After all, who goes to Rome to spend time in your room.
