Very good location. The hotel is just 5 min walk away from the Termini train station and Metro and it's only a 15 min walk to the Colosseum. Plenty of decent restaurants very close by and they are not that expensive. If like us, you book room only then, some of the cafes near by open early morning for breakfast, or if you prefer there is a mini market on Via Gioberti when you could get some supplies the day before.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and spoke decent English. We had booked a single room for 5 people (Double bed and three singles), the room was large enough for all of us with room to spare and it had air conditioning. On the day we left, after checking out, we were able to leave the bags at the hotel and pick them up late afternoon.
On the down side the reception is on the first floor but there is a lift if you have heavy bags, and there were no drink making facilities in the room.
