Our stay in this hotel was one of the worse experiences ever. They lacked customer service and hospitality. This hotel was so small that many of the residents and taxi drivers did not know that it existed.

We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Lloyd, Rome. The hotel was very good value for money compared to the level of Rome hotels. Location is a bit far but still walkable to the historic centre. Also the metro station is about 5-10 mins walk which helps a lot. Hotel room was clean and nice with a good king size bed and it was also very quiet. Shower was very nice also. Breakfast was simple but you get good coffee and nice sandwich to fill your energy for a walk around the beautiful city of Rome. The service of the staff could have been more helpful though.

It was a nice hotel.The rooms were not very big but this is not a problem as all the time we were outside.They were very clean.The breakfast was good and had a lot of things to choose.The area of the hotel is very good and safe.There are many good restaurants nearby were we ate almost every day.There are also many shops very close and many cafeterias.With public transportation the center is very close.The most important is that you feel very safe at this area any time you walk there.As the hotels in Rome are expensive this hotel was a surprise with good prices.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. In brief it is a simple, quiet hotel targeting mostly business travellers. We were more than satisfied with our stay there for the following reasons: 1) Very good value for money 2) Standard conventional rooms (warm and clean) 3) Satisfying simple breakfast 4) Among excellent/typical italian and more than reasonably priced trattorias,cafes,gelaterias,shops and wine bars frequented by locals 5) Quiet street

One minus was the location (3 bus/tram stops from a Metro station). However, with the frequency of the Roman Transport System (bus every 3-5 minutes), it was not a big deal afterall. What we found on site was that the prices offered by phone/email/website were even lower than the offers in booking sites, which could save us an extra 2 person dinner in the excellent pizzeria across the street.
