“Avarage. Note! Subway schedule is limited until April!”

This is an average guest house on the Rome suburb. We have chosen it because of parking and closed subway disposition.
There are well used but clean rooms, good breakfast area and no laundry service. It could be ok for the price.
Before you take a decision to book the room, pls be informed that subway schedule is limited until April due to the reconstruction. The subway runs until 6pm on business days and until 1 am on weekends. It takes around 30 minutes to get to the downtown. But when the subway is closed you have to use bus and the way could take 1,2 hour. On the evenings bus is extremely full.

“reasonable and clean”

5 min to Metro then 15 min downtown. Clean basic hotel. Quiet neighborhood.. Staff was great for advice. They arranged for transfers from airport and to ship at a reasonable price. Ask about the family restaurant around the corner to the right and down the alley.

Room Tip: some rooms are shower, some are tub. We prefer a shower but got a tub because none were left. Ask...

Me and a Mate stayed here 1st - 10th december 2011

The place is clean and the staff are nice!
It is Located 3 minutes from the Metro and then 10 minutes into the centre of Rome!

be aware that the Metro stops service at 9:30 pm so you need to get a N9/M1 bus from Termini and this Jurney is a bit longer 25-30minutes

For any one like myself who is young/on a budget this place is Ideal!! Best Wishes & safe travels

“Good if your budget is low”

Good value for money. Hotel is very close to Numidio Quadrato Metro Station, you can reach city centre in 20 minutes. Rooms are small, breakfest very simple but you can't expact more for that price.

“A GOOD CHOICE FOR THIS PRICE”

City Guest House Hotel is very close to Numidio Quadrato Metro Station.The Stuff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms seems to be clean.On the 5th floor the hotel offers a good italian(?) breakfast. It is also very close to Ciampino Airport. But if someone is looking for something more than the basic, must choose another hotel!!!!!

Room Tip: Higher floors have less noise.
