My husband and I just returned from a wonderful Italian vacation. We spent two nights at Domus Julia in Rome. The room was spacious, clean, in a great central location, and the staff were very helpful. Our room had a queen size bed and cost 165 Euro/night. I would highly recommend Domus Julia!

Stayed nine people for the New Year's Eve at the Domus Julia apartments. Everything was fantastic: the place, the furniture, the location, maintenance, staff, etc. Rosa did her utmost to keep us happy and we did appreciate all the flexibility and good advices that all the personnel offered to us. The appartment is right next door the hotel in a quiet street very close to Trevi fountain, just five minutes walking to the Spanish Steps and no more than 15 minutes walking to Piazza Venezia. There is also a supermarket down the street that opens everyday till 10:00 pm so you can always buy something and cook at the appartment. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome to stay here and if you are travelling in a group no wonder that this is the best option you can find. Enjoy your stay as much as we did!!

Stayed here September 22-25. The room was far bigger than we had expected, very clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast all helped make it a memorable trip. Excellent location, very close to the Trevi Fountains and Barberini Metro station, plus lots of great places to eat.
Not the cheapest place in Rome to stay, but this is five star accomodation masquerading as three star!

Domus Julia is a great value and nice little hotel. It’s the apartment annex to the Hotel Julia, so you check in and have breakfast buffet at the hotel, which includes warm boiled eggs, sliced ham, croissants, cereals, yoghurt, capuccino. It is a fine little place, in a great location, at a very reasonable price. We had a double/twin room, which was large enough by European standards (and is pictured on their website quite accurately). It was 170EUR, with a private bath, and including the breakfast buffet. We entered our room via a nice dining room/kitchen common area. There were two other units which shared that space, and I think they are larger apartments and might suit our family of four. They offer a 13EUR shuttle from the airport, which is a big cost-savings.
