+beautiful hotel with classic decoration.The living room is big with tv set, dvd ,internet access ,kitchen with table.The sleeping room convenient,clean and cozy.The bathroom very clean(it includes hairdryer,amenities and clean towels every day ).

- no restaurants-supermarkets near the hotel.
the transportation from the hotel to the city center was not helpful(you have to walk 20 min to take a metro to center or take the bus outside the hotel change two metro lines and be in center in 60 min).

We stayed here for 2 nights during the Champions League final in May 2009 and simply cannot fault the place. The location is quiet and seems at first a little out of the way but don't let that put you off. It only took a short while to realise that once you got used to the transport system that this was no real inconvenience as with a short walk the location actually benefits in placing you quite near some of the lesser viisited sights and is actually a benefit. You are5-10 minutewalk from the Metro at Flamini buses stop right outside and the head of Via Veneto is right by Flamini. The park itself is right in front with the Zoo etc and a 5 minute walk is a great area to eat out in the evening. The staff were very polite and helpful and very discreet. The room was properly serviced on both days and the kitchenette well stocked. The rooms, (and we had the cheapest ) were very impressive and spacious. Itr eallly is one of the nicest places that we have stayed and on our experience we would have no problem recommending it to anyone.

Located close to the Villa Borghese park, Aldrovandi offered me a quiet and beautifull spacious room in Rome. To cold of course to use the swimmingpool, but the walks in the nearby park were great. Good taxi service, but i also walked to the nearby metro at approx 750 metres. Friendly staff.

My husband lives at the aldrovandi residence at the moment because he moved in Rome for business.
I saw his room and I found it very nice!

It is big, with quite a big bathroom, a tv and a little kitchen.
You have a confortable swimming pool outside and a bar, only for people who stay in the residence. Every morning they clean your room, and change towels and bed things twice a week.
There is a laundry service if you need it.

The position is beautiful, if you like calm and tranquillity. It's in front of Villa Borghese and you can rent a bike and go around in the sunny weekends.
But it's a bit far from the center, if you don't have a car.
And there are not a lot of restaurants nearby.

I think it's excellent for people who have to stay in rome long periods for business.
