We stayed for 4 nights in mid december. The B&B had stunning views due to its location on the 8th floor. The pictures from the window are exactly as shown on this website. It was a flat with two bedrooms - a double and a twin. Though the bathroom was shared it happened that we never had to wait when we wanted it. The room was spacious and simple - it was also cleaned every day. There is also a fridge and kettle for our use.

Gianpaolo, the owner, could not have been a better host - before we arrived he replied promptly to our email questions and gave us his mobile phone number in case there were any problems. During our stay he recommended places to explore and restaurants to try out.

The closest station metro station was Re Di Roma which was 200 meters away. There is also a decent supermarket between the station and the B&B.

The only problem we had was finding the B&B on our first day - the sign is small and one could easily walk past it, but this was hardly a deal-breaker.

Overall highly recommended for your trip in Rome. Can safely say that the view will trump that of a hotel of similar price.

We stayed here for 7 nights in Autumn 2011 and found it a very pleasant and relaxing base to explore Rome. Gianpaolo was an exemplary host and went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect. He provided his mobile number in case there were any problems, promptly replied to our email questions whilst we were booking our stay, and was always around to deal with any issues in the B&B.

The view from the balcony is amazing, and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, and complementary tea/coffee was provided along with a fridge and well-stocked bookshelf. The location was perfect, with a comfortable 15 min walk to the Colosseum or a 5 min metro ride. I can honestly say that there is nothing that could have been done to improve our experience, and we loved our stay here.

The flat is on the top of a building and the view is very beautiful. Room and bathroom (shared with another room) were both very clean. The owner was very nice and helpful. The flat is well located but on a busy avenue.

We stayed at I Tetti Di Roma in July of 2011 for 4 nights. It was a simple B&B but the rooms were really clean, spacious and comfy. Our host Gianpaolo was lovely and very helpful. All rooms shared a bathroom but there was never a problem with having to wait for someone to finish.
We opted for the no breakfast option, which worked well as there was a supermarket just down the road and a fridge for guests to use. The B&B was also in a great and location (with an AMAZING view over Rome) and it only took about 20mins to walk to the Colosseum. Our room was also cleaned daily.
I would highly recommend this B&B to friends and family! It was a great place to stay, especially after walking the streets of Rome for hours on end
