“ottima!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 January 2012

View is astounding!! I dont usually care about a view as who spends all their time in their room BUT i did book this hotel because of the view- Room 405- Stupendous!! Room was large, clean and spacious, just what we wanted!! the price, a bargain for the location.Staff, great, friendly when we needed help but otherwise left us to it. Noisy in the Piazza but once again you expect that when you book and you either get used of it or close the windows- which we did when we wanted silence.Gorgeous little salumeria across the piazza sells wonderful panini, cheeses, meats, pastries and lots of other delicious delights. Central to all, 2 mins to a supermarket, 5 mins walk to the Roman Cats in Lago Argentines, just fabulous in all aspects!! Get the 40 bus from Termini and lets you off a 3 min walk away.
Stay here, you will not be disapointed!!

Room Tip: room 405 is great but i think all their rooms would be great.

“Perfect location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 January 2012

Unfortunately I missed out on staying in one of the rooms opposite the Pantheon but it didnt spoil my experience of the hotel. The staff were really helpful, helped with bags, gave advice on how to get to different places etc. The room as small, as you would expect for Rome, but it was clean and really comfortable. The breakfast was really good - if I remember rightly, you are given a voucher to use at one of the restaurants just yards from the hotel. It was a decent breakfast but the highlight was sitting outside and watching the world go by, right outside the Pantheon! I would stay here again but try to get one of the rooms overlooking the Piazza next time if I am lucky.

“First rome visit”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 January 2012

Centrally located with in easy reach of "old rome" and the tourists attractions. Travellilng solo
felt quite confident in the area day and night.
Room small, ( as is more usual in Italy/Venice) and with a view of the Pantheon, great.
Staff polite and helpful.

“Excellent Hotel - Excellent View”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 January 2012

We stayed at this delightful little hotel for 4 nights, We stayed in room 405 and by paying just a little extra, had the most wonderful view of the Pantheon. The room was very clean and for Rome very spacious, ok the bathroom was on the small side but you don't spend all your time in there, it had a toilet, shower, bidet and a sink unit, what more could you want. The towels were changed every day. Even in January we found we were having to open the windows just to watch and listen to the people wandering through this delightful Roman piazza, and the entertainment by the buskers was also delightful. It didn't bother us having to pop across the piazza to the resturant for breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and could not have treated us better, always answering our questions. The lift starts on the 1st floor which is up approximately 15 stairs. This hotel is right in the middle of all the sights, we were a short bus ride away from the Vatican and the Colousseum, From the Hotel its just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain then onto the Spannish Steps. We found everyone offered us help when looking at maps or trying to work out the buses. BIG TIP.... buy a bus map of Rome.. its a must have and makes things really easy. Only downside...... tons of peddlers, trying to sell you roses and gadget things that light up, oh and also beware, at the Colosseum and outside the Pantheon you will see people dressed as Gladiators, they do try and get you to have your photo taken with them (using your camera) then you pay for that priviledge.
Make sure you take very comfortable shoes ........... there's a lot of walking.

“nice stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 January 2012

It was great vacations in Rome. The most astonishing was the location! Breakfast was great as well. Staff is helping and easy-going. However, I should admit, you can't describe rooms as spasious. For elder people could be a problem using an elevator( it's working with the 1st floor).
To sum up, I've stayed content with the hotel.
