We arrived with a group at 10 p.m and after 3,5 hours of waiting for a functioning room and listening to the administrator having a panic attack, we fell asleep at 3 in the morning in a room that has a broken toilet.

Stayed at the place this spring... It looked nothing alike to a 4-star hotel in Rome. The rooms are small, staff is absolutely unfriendly, breakfast and dinner were never served on time. I liked the neighborhood but it is too far from the city center.

i stayed in the hotel from 13th to 16th June . the staff at reception is very rude ,non- cooperative. The rooms having foul smell .

We didn't book this hotel but were moved here as original hotel fully booked. It was far too far out of Rome for 4 women sightseeing. Breakfasts were very basic for a 4 star hotel. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. When we arrived we notived a bar which went along one wall of the hotel. When returning one night we thought we would have a night cap when we asked for a drink we were told the bar didn't open!
The hotel had a roof top terrace which was very nice and had beatiful views of the city.
