I'm actually wildly ambivalent about this hotel. The good: Location, reasonably modern room and bath, very nice terrace for breakfast and cocktails, good breakfast buffet. The bad: Like another reviewer, we could not control the overheating in late December, other than by opening our window 24/7. Worse, there was a sewer-gas smell that the very nice maid finally showed us how to minimize (by placing a bath-mat over the shower drain). She also gave us to understand that the adjacent rooms on our floor, and I gathered on the lower floors, had the same problem. The front desk staff was marginally polite, but not terribly concerned about fixing the problems with heat or odor.
If you consider staying in this hotel, do NOT take rooms ending in 00, 01 or 02! There are some positives; mostly the excellent location.
