“Great location, just average”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012

Hotel Torino looks very nice from the entrance and the lobby area. The rooms were not that nice. Our window was looking into dirty backyard and it needs refurbishment. Beds were comfortable. Airconditioning had a piled up dirt on the fan. Not a 4 star standard, hardly 3 star. The breakfast was great, great variety of sweets and a great coffee. The breakfast staff was very nice. Overall experinec was average considering the price we paid. Not worth it in high season when the room is €118 which is too much for this standard in Rome.

“Just run away.”

Dirty, without light, bad service, 4 stars? I hate to write bad reviews but in this case i had to. I would never come back to this hotel and pay SO MUCH money for such a BAD service. This is one of the reasons of why i prefer to stay in small places. Neither my wife or i liked it at all.

Awful service, rude staff, disgusting room, moldy shower, sewerage odour, room doors don't lock...issue not rectified. Breakfast was a chaotic joke and limited. This is not a 4 star hotel!! Possibly 2 stars

“4 stars without motivation”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 January 2012

The hotel isn't costly but the rooms are not only old fashioned but also OLD looking. But clean. The panoramic terrace for breakfast has its charm.

“Avg Stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 November 2011

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and enjoyed the stay in hotel as it was a minute away from train station. In fact the hotel is located in the center so most of the popular sightseeing was easily accessible. While stay in the hotel wasnt good as it is not so clean and staff wasnt helping at all.
