Thank you so much for visiting my hotel. We accept constructive criticism and are always striving to improve our operation, so I will respond to each of your claims.

1) "only after i reached rome that i came to know that this hotel is located in the most remote places in rome. and will consume half of your day if u try to search the hotel by yourself."

This statement is incorrect. The hotel is only 5-10 km from most major tourist attractions within Rome. This is a fact. Also, there's an underground subway station that's a 3 minute walk from the hotel that will take you to all connections within Rome.

2) "also none of the hotel people know English !!!!"

Please note that we do have a few staff members who speak English. Perhaps you were unfortunate to be served by someone who did not speak English. I truly am sorry for this particular inconvenience. :-)

3) "the lift in this hotel is big enough to fit 1 person with his luggages."

Please note that this is only a 2 story hotel with 24 rooms. However, I can assure you that our elevator can comfortably hold 4 people.

4) "I had a really tough time in this hotel and would only suggest you to aviod this one."

Again, I apologize for your inconvenience. You should note that within the past 2 years that we've added new staff, and performed some wonderful renovations to the hotel that will be to your liking. If you do ever visit Rome again, I would be more than happy to share a delicious cup of espresso with you to discuss your past stay with us as well as our new improvements, which should be to your liking.

Finally, I would be honored to give you a complimentary stay that is of the same duration of your previous visit. I hope that this will put our hotel in your favorable light.
