We stayed in January 2012 and booked a triplex room. They had it booked as a double room so they amended it by putting in a fold-out single sofa, it was uncomfortable so the following day they moved us to a triplex room when we requested an alternative bed (the room had only become available that day).
The staff were friendly (though you could wait up to 30 minutes to be served while they were serving another customer as often there was only one person available), the bedroom & bathroom were clean and the only complaint I had was when we first moved into the room my pillows smelt like an ashtray - they were quickly exchanged.
The breakfast was good although unusual with desserts often displayed alongside the cereal, yoghurt, fruit, cold meats, cheese, pastries, eggs, bacon & chipolatas.
A very close walk to Termini station and there is a laundromat two blocks down the road.
As there was a taxi strike on we booked a private vehicle through the hotel to take us to the airport - this was a terrifying experience as the driver was driving 150km p/h with only a car space between us and the car in front. We weren't sure we were going to live to see our flight.
