The hotel is really well situated, about 5m from Bus/Train Station. And you can walk to some of main attractions.
Staff was very helpul, excellent, always ready to help with a smile.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
We will come back for sure!

We were 5 person of a family and traveled to rome from 6th to 11th of Jan. and had one double and one triple room. Every thing was over my expectation as i had read the reviews other people.
The rooms were big enough, clean and with every thing we may need except refrigrator!!!
room service was every day wiht new towels and soaps and shampoo!!
Breakfast was good enough, cornflakes, variaty of coffees, juice,bread, cookies, jam, cheese, butter, chokolate, honey!!

Also The location was near Termini!!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We usually stay in the centre during our city breaks and we thought the location of this hotel was fantastic. It actually is centrally located close to the Termini Station. The receptionist told us that they would do us a favor and give us the exclusive room. the room was a bit bigger than a normal room but it was a horrible smell in the room coming from the bathroom. ( Like a dead rat ) We tried to take a shower but it took almost 15 minutes to get hot water. When I called the reception they said the water comes from the roof !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we asked them to change our room that night but they said they did not have any extra rooms. The breakfast was only bread ( not fresh bread ) butter and jam. and crossaints left over from a week probably....Havent had such a horrible breakfast in a hotel in my life.
next day they changed our room, was better but the smell from the first night had really put us off. The second day the waitress told us we hadnt paid for breakfast which we had to prove we had. The service , the hotel was all in all very disappointing. WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!!!!!!1

We have been to Rome many times. We usually rent an apartment. But, for 2 nights, over the expensive New Year, this hotel was great. Our rooms were quiet with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. While not my preferred or recommended area of Rome to stay in, we were less than 10 minutes to the bus or metro at Termini and were quickly in the heart of the ancient city. So, not a bad choice near Termini or if this fits your budget.
