We stayed here for our first two nights in Rome and really have no complaints. It was nice & quiet (we had a courtyard room), staff was very friendly and helped anyway they could!

Rooms were small which was expected, breakfast in the morning was just enough to get us through till lunch.
Sliced meats/cheese, ext.
They did make cappuccino’s so that was an added bonus!

There is no elevator just stairs! I didn't mind the first night but after two days of walking EVERYWHERE in Rome going up 3 flights of stairs after a long day was no fun!

“The perfect Rome experience”

This was the first place we stayed in Italy, and it was great. Though we got a room in the front of the building, and it was a little noisy, it was actually a really decent size. The staff were very very friendly and the courtyard/garden was gorgeous for a complimentary continental breakfast and cappuccino! Great location, so so close to the train station, and in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of everything.

This hotel had the great charm of Italy, friendliness and comfort all in one. Loved it, and would go back for the price!!!

“Small and a bit depressing”

The hotel we originally booked at "lost" our Orbitz reservation and sent us to this sister hotel. Our room was barely larger than the bed, and the decor was spartan. The furniture was darker and less cheery than the furnishings depicted in the candid traveler photos on this site. The bathroom fixtures were newish, but the shower already looked and smelled a bit moldy. Breakfast was a glum affair. The gardens could have made the dining experience lovely, but the fake table flowers looked cheap, the juice was a strange punch concoction, the only jam flavor was apricot, and the coffee machine was not a classy touch. On the plus side, the hotel is relatively inexpensive and close to the train station.

This is a budget hotel which offers value for money. The room was small, and the en suite had a very small shower and no bath.
The room was very clean and towels etc changed daily. Breakfast was OK, nothing great but fairly typical for continental breakfast. Could take this indoors or outside in a pretty patio area.
The best features are its location (Close to Termini), and the very friendly and helpful staff. Happy for luggage to be left there and collected later.
