We stayed at this Hotel from 3/11 till 5/11 2012 and had a lovely time. The best part about the Hotel is the location, it is just off the main shopping street and walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. The room was a lovely size but in need of updating but lovely and clean, perfect for what we wanted. The TV only had 1 English channel (BBC World News), the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English and the breakfast was what you would expect.
The only down side was the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the next room.
Tip: If you are coming from the airport get on the Leanardo express Train into Termini station and walk to the Hotel, do not pay for a taxi its not worth it.

Room Tip: Our room was at the front of the Hotel and had 2 big doors that opened up to look down over the stre...

“Small but nice room in a great location.”

It is a small hotel with English speaking staff only a few blocks from the Coliseum and a metro stop. Restaurants and shops are all around. The room cost 78 euros for a matrimonial room which is one queen sized bed. It was clean with a nice marble bathroom. It did have a mini bar, which we did not buy from, but at least gave you a place to keep some cold beverages that you would purchase yourself. The room itself was very small. There was room on only one side of the bed to get from one end of the room to the other. There was more free floor space in the bathroom but many European hotel rooms are small so it was a good pick. We were only in Rome for two days so we were out sightseeing most of the time. They will keep your luggage if your leaving town later than the checkout time. I would recommend this hotel for price and location.

May 2011, we arrived and when we didnt speak Italian to the receptionist they were very stroppy with us, the lift was only big enough for one person with a suitcase. The beds were rock solid, may aswell have slept on the floor.... not that we got much sleep from all the noise of the traffic beeping outside, and paper thin walls meaning we had to listen to the guy next door snoring at 1000 decibels, and the couple in the room on the other wall talking all night. In the morning we had to stand about waiting for a table for breakfast, only one poor woman serving. The only thing I could say was good about this place was the location, ten minutes walk to colleseum, 15 to spanish steps, 40 mins walk to vatican or go on one of the tour buses. Overall...I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

“When they say single, they mean single”

Great location about 500m from Termini train station and walking distance to Collosuem and Forum area. Handy for eateries. on the "Wallet eater/pickpocket express" bus route to the Vatican about 45 min away. The rooms can be very small, about the size of a double bed if you get a single room. but for 45 euros in Rome with a decent breakfast.
