Great location - even when parliament sitting and news crews fill the piazza - some action from political protesters but not disruptive! Good restaurants and access to main shopping area nearby. Most staff were very friendly and helpful but not all - one or two made it clear they were not impressed by non-Italian tourists ...

We spent a week in Rom and stayed at this hotel. We didn't expect because we had heard that hotel standards in Italy are not the best. We got disappointed in a good way, had a large room with all facilities needed. The highlight was a very good breakfast buffet on the rooftop where one has a great view all over Rome. The location is a big advantage, all sights are in walking distance and an area with plenty of restaurants is around the corner.

We stayed here with friends from Arizona for four nights. We have visited Rome at least a dozen times but thought we would try a new location. Hotel is in a great location, our room was excellent only marred by noise from protesters re Mr. Berlesconi. Breakfast room and views excellent. Reception staff exceptionally poor , 7 euros per day for WIFI, surprising considering the high room rates and you are charged extra for an early morning departure - incredible ! Hotel needs to improve it's customer service skills.

Have stayed here twice. The location is superb for walking around Rome. Staff tried to be helpful but seem a bit snotty to be honest. They try is all I can say. The breakfast is very nice, especially if you can eat outside during the nicer times of the year. Rooms are nice size for sure. The rooms seemed to be kept moderately clean to clean. I felt a little more cleaning chould have been done. Overall a nice place to stay. On the pricey side even for Rome........ but location, location, location.
