“Close to Termini for decent price”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 February 2011

Stayed in this hotel for one quick night between cities in Italy. I needed a hotel close to Termini that was reasonably priced.

Front desk staff was nice. Small downstairs lobby area and always people checking in, looks popular.

The room was small, single bed not the greatest, clean but sunken in. Small TV with limited channels. I think there was a tiny balcony out to the main street behind that steel screen in the room, couldn't really get to it easy. Room wasn't noisy even though it faced a busy street. Room was not too modern or updated looking but the bathroom was. Nice clean bathroom.

Breakfast upstairs was good and there's a bit of a view.

Not a bad price for the location and the single rooms are only as big as you need.

“nice”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 January 2011

We stayed at Palladium Palace with our friends for leisure purpose. The room was clean but the walls are very thin. They were using a strong disinfectant and it smells like a scotch (like someone broke the battle in the room). Room and bathroom were clean.
The breakfast was not so good . It is located 5 min away from the Termini Metro Station.
There was a young lady at the reception desk and she was very kind.

“Pleasant, clean hotel close to Termini”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 January 2011

Pleasant hotel and staff were helpful. Rooms nice and clean but not particularly good size or very modern. Were moved rooms after first night. Locattion close to Temini station, but not the best for the centre of Rome, however it is a pleasant 20-30 minute walk away. Inclusive breakfast was pretty good with a decent variety and choice.

The staff at this hotel were not very helpful. We had two rooms and one of them had a terrible smell the entire visit. However, the breakfast was very good. Good location, but there are many hotels on this street.

“basic 3 star”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 November 2010

Basically a standard 3 star hotel - no-where near 4 star at all.

Beware they charge for the use of the sauna!

Also beware the superior/delux rooms dont have a hot tub jacuzzi, its a multijet shower "jacuzzi".!! lol. And they dont work very well.

Dont pay extra for superior room, just get a standard double.

Breakfast is basic but satisfactory, no complaints really.

Location is good, but for any more than 3 nights, i'd consider staying further into town maybe somewhere like the Navona or trastevere areas...

With all the choice of 3/4 star hotels in rome, i'd stay somewhere else if booking again.
