When you are arriving to Sant Angelo hotel from Fiumicino
airport best way is with shuttle bus. Station of shuttle bus is just
out of Terminal 3 at Fiumicino airport. Company name is SIT shuttle
bus and price per person (one way) is 8 Euro. It stops at Piazza
Cavour – 5 min walking distance from hotel Sant Angelo. Time table
of shuttle bus you can find online on their web page. It takes approximately
50 min from airport to Cavour bus stop.
When we arrived at hotel we got very small room but luckily for us we were able
to move to better room. We asked staff at reception and they have done this in
quickest and best way that they could. Best thing with this hotel is its position
(everything is within 10 to 15 min walking distance except Coliseum but with
Metro from Spanish steps you are there for 5 min). Everything in this hotel is
within value for money. If you are expecting Ritz Carlton services don’t stay here,
but if you want relatively clean hotel (they can work little bit on this; but nothing to serious)
with warm bedroom and close to tourist sights Sant Angelo is hotel for you.
Wireless network is not reliable but on each floor you have computer that is free to use.
One more good thing in hotel is buffet breakfast. It is served from 7:30 to 10:00. Tip for staff – half hour longer would be excellent. Hotel staff in general is polite and happy to help. We are pleased with our stay and we thank all staff for courtesy and help.
