I made my reservation via Booking.com. As the hotel did not have a parking I cancelled a reservation and made a new one when my arrival arrangements have been changed.
When I arrived at the hotel the staff could not find my cancellation (It was Sunday) and I was offered to find it by myself, print it and deliver it to them. I did not have my laptop with me and it hadn't occurred to the hotel staff to allow me to use their printer. On the next day when they found out that I HAVE cancelled my previous reservation none of them offered any apology for the unpleasant incident.
In the evening we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was hardly adequate for a 4 star hotel and the price that it charges. Still, to be fair, breakfast was excellent.
I stayed in this hotel 25 years ago and had wonderful memories of it. I think it would've been better just to stay with my memories.
