I booked a 1 night stay between stops. I made a mistake in reading the Travelocity review of the Hotel, and that how easily accessible it was. In the email received after booking under Hotel Policy, Cancellation Policy was to be 24 hours (1 day) before the check-in. I was 30 days from Checking In before I decided to Cancel. They went and charged me anyway. After I found out it was not only far away from the main Train station (Terminus), but it would cost over 60 Euros for a one way trip to and from the hotel by Cab , I decided to change hotels. Since I was arriving separately than my wife, we would need to spend over 150 Euros in taxi ( round trip between the two of us) for a 100$ hotel room, I decided to cancel. According to all the documentation they showed me and sent me, I was in my right to cancel. Well, they did not honor that. And when I called not only Travelocity did not help, nor Best Western, nor the hotel itself, and they refused to give me my money back, even though I have their written statement of their own policy. In fact the guy at the hotel, was not helpful at all; and he said it was time for him to go to sleep, when I called.. Huh? Anyway, fortunately my bank credited my account with the disputed amount. I showed them the documentation I had. Never again. Best Western Rivoli in Rome.

Very close to bus station. It is a 15minutes ridewith bus to centre, but it is a pleasant ride. About 120euros a day for a twin room with breakfast. Very pleasant staff, very polite... Yammy breakfast with hot croissants nice fresh bread and everything according to my taste. Don't forget to ask for your capuccino during breakfast. Really tasty... The room was clean with a big bathroom.

This hotel is a long trek from the train station. We took a bus and it took us a good 20 minutes. I would recomend a cab. The hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Takes about 15 minutes to get to any subway tubes. The hotel staff were average at best. The room was nice and large. Good and reletivly cheap in room bar selection. The shower had a leak so our bathroom floor was always wet. We had a very nice litlle balcony. The room was the best part of the hotel. We slept well here. I would recomend learning the bus system. The hotel is in a neighborhood so cabs are scarce. For the price it was decent value.

We did a lot of research before deciding to book this Hotel. And, frankly we loved it!! The rates were great value for the quality of room and amenities. Even as the location is a bit away from central Rome (Termini area)-its in a quiet neighbourhood and a cab fare of 12-15 euros from the Termini. Remember, that a similar hotel at the Termini area is available for double the rates of the Rivoli!!
The room was in the 5th floor, and the lift was upto the 4th floor. But, then it was a plush carpet on the stairs and you don't mind alimbing it. The toiletries, tea/coffee facility in room, air condidtioning, linen, towels were all top -class. The room itself was small, but the bathroom was big, and the surprise was the private terrace area -which offers views of Rome and even the Basilica dome.
Breakfast service was rather good and adequate. The only drawback is that it doesn't offer dinner at the restaurant...But, you can take a brief walk to the nearby restaurant that serves awesome Italain fare and wines.
