I LOVE Elite Hotel! We traveled to 5 countries in 11 days and this hotel was one of the top hotels that we've stayed. The lobby was super nice, modern white furniture, the staff were really friendly (thank you Claudia, the man who checked us in at midnight, the housekeeper, and the staff in breakfast area). The room was so big, modern decor, flat screen tv, comfy bed, they even gave us a basket of fruits and a flower! how nice! the bathroom was also nice, I love the big LUX soap that was attached to the wall, instead of small bottles that we usually get in other hotel. The housekeeper kept it clean everyday, they even put a card with the name of the housekeeper if you want to complain something. I left some chocolates that I brought from US for the housekeeper, hopefully she got it lol!
But the best of all was the location! very close to Bernini station, bernini square, spanish steps/piazza di spagna, trevi fountain, and all the shopping area. We really had the best time in Rome, and I highly recommend his hotel! book it now!

I stood in the hotel two times. The first one it wasnt that good as the second time. The hotel was regenerated.It is now with good rooms. I have to say that the location is just perfect! Near to the metro station and to PIAZZA DI SPAGNA (my favorite spot in Rome).Totally recomend and I´m sure that I will return for a third visit.

I booked this hotel only 2 days before travel and I booked directly with the Hotel who also arranged the transfer from the airport. I received emails confirming booking and details of transport, the hotel was exactly as shown on the website so I was not disappointed, I booked a superior room which was contemporary well decorated and a lovely large bathroom with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was a let down with croissants, bread rolls and cake which was not to my taste but there was plenty to help yourself to. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly with lots of useful advice on what too see. Would definitely re visit. Only issue to mention is the noise from other rooms I could hear the guy in the next room snore lol, I am not a light sleeper so wasn't an issue.

My wife was pregnant and they did not bother to inform us earlier by any means of not having room availability (although we had reservations for the room 1,5 months earlier and re-checked our reservations 10 days before we arrived).

They moved us to another hotel, more distant to the place we wanted to be close to. And I repeat that, although my wife was pregnant, they did not even call for a taxi to take us to the other hotel they booked for us without informing us so we had to walk right after our long journey to Rome.
