This hotel is situated in a perfect position near the Tiber river, so you can walk to The Vatican, Prati and Trastavere neighbourhoods and also all the historic areas of central Rome. There is a bus route at the door to Termini Rail Station and Colosseum if you do not like to walk this far. The roof top terrace with seats and tables, is a bonus, with its amazing views over Rome; as is the Breakfast room with the same views. The Continental breakfast buffet provides a large choice and plenty of food. Staff are helpful and friendly. Our room had a safe, very useful, and the bed was comfortable and bathoom clean. Unfortunately the room heaters could not be adjusted, they were either off or on. We were there at Christmas and it was quite stifling in the room. Also we had a front room over the street, which was noisy at night. Apparently Europe does not provide tea/coffee making facilities in any hotel, B&B and this was no exception. However we stayed 5 nights and did enjoy our time there.
