Pleasant service and stuff. Rooms every day clean and neat.
Very nice breakfast and ever better the "soul" of the hotels' mornings mr. Gennaro, a real professional that loves his job and knows how to please the customers.
Nice, safe and not noisy location, although is a bit far. Anyway, if you use bus: station is 5 min walk. You get to Cipro metro station and Vatican city in about 10 min (bus 913, 991 etc) and to city center (augusta / del corso) in 20-25 min (bus 913).
See also bus 990 whose station is very close to the hotel. It gets near city center (p.za cavour) via Cipro metro station and Vatican city.
Also, there is a night bus (n6) that starts from p.za venezzia, runs all the city center and gets you directly to the hotel. Excellent value for money.

stayed at this particular hotel in early september 2011. very nice an comfortable hotel. the staff was pleasant. it was a bit far from the center of rome, but, if you ask the front desk for the public transportation routes...it will help alot. almost forgot...the elevators were a bit small

Stayed here recently for a Congress in Rome (recommended hotel in brochure). Reception staff (Stefano & Sakis) and driver of hotel shuttle bus (Ernesto) very helpful, friendly, efficient and to be highly commended. Nice quiet location with neat and tidy room with added bonus of free wireless internet connection. Buffet breakfast excellent. Would stay again if travel to Rome purely for value and service.

I stayed here when I wen to Rome for a wedding. The rooms were well presented and the location of the hotel was really good. The staff were very nice especially Gennaro who runs the breakfast service. He was always very friendly and put together a fantastic breakfast for us every day. I can highly recommend this hotel if you plan on going to Rome for a few days. And make sure you get up in the morning for a breakfast from Gennaro.
