“Nice hotel, excellent service!”

As other have testified the location is superb, but the hotel is well worth staying at for other reasons too. Newly decorated rooms in a very pretty historical building. We got our room through a Groupon offer and it was very good value.
But what impressed us most was the fantastic service provided by the staff. Extremely attentive and friendly!
And when we didn't know how to get to Roma Termini to catch the train to the airport, because Rome had had the first snowfall and ice in 30 years and no taxis were available, one of the staff offered to takes us there in his car and then promptly refused to accept any payment for this.
We will certainly return to Hotel Navona.

Thanks Michele and the rest of the staff!

“great location and good value”

We stayed here for 8 nights and even though the stairs nearly killed us at the end of each day's running about, we liked it very much. You can walk to so many of the major sights and it's especially good to be so close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona and little streets filled with cafes and vintage shops. The owner was extremely helpful to my husband, who had been on an endless search for tickets to the Coppa Italia final. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had two different rooms and they were both an OK size and very clean. The bathrooms were very small but that was no biggie. We got a discount for paying in cash and staying as long as we did and we'd definitely stay there again for the convenience of the location.

“Great location!”

This hotel is in the perfect location - walking distance to so many great sites. Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, Spanish steps, the Vatican etc. Staff is extremely helpful. Rooms are clean and equipped well. Rooms are not large but is that really needed? Just how much time will you be in your hotel room when in Rome! The real test of a hotel is would you go back? I have returned to this hotel at least 6 times.

We arrived at Hotel Navona and met the owner one evening, just before he was ready to leave for the day. The owner was very helpful in a difficult situation. He was willing to go out of his way to accomodate us. We thank him for being so friendly and kind on our first night in Rome! Cheers, mate!
