Recently spent two nights at Hotel Britannia in Rome.
Our room was lovely (not huge but charming and preferable to a large unattractive room), the location is fabulous, and the bath/shower was the best we found in Italy - and it included a rubber ducky.
The staff is helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and very well-maintained, and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is 4 star, but rooms are very small for the standards. But we knew about it before we even booked. For a small room, it was decorated appropriately and had decent amount of, space for our things. The bath was equipped with necessities(though I did not expect a tv to be hanging in the bath room corner) and it was clean.
The hotel its situated near national and hence have bus stops and metro nearby. There are couple of good restaurants nearby.
The hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. They provided us with a map and helped us in finding fl speciality restaurants and attractions.
The complimentary breakfast was good but didn't offer a great variety, this is noticeable if you stay longer than 3 days.
overall, we were satisfied with the stay.

A small, beautiful hotel with good service. Its location is very good as it is close to the metro, and is in walking distance to many important sites.

The hotel staff (a special receptionist MARIO and hospitality service manager Simona) were just AMAZING, helpful, friendly and very nice rooms!!! Breakfast was tasty and wide assortiment. Julia and Leif ......
