My husband and I stayed at this property 24 -28 January 2012. We planned 4 days in Rome before moving to Florence for a week. I can tell you, as we both travel a great deal, a sure sign of a great stay is when its tough to leave! As many of you know, Rome is amazing but The Hotel Eden and its staff were in perfect rhythm with the city. From the front door Nicoletta and her team never missed a beat to graciously answer our questions or take care of anything we needed. The Eden is beautifully located for shopping, great restaurants, and so much of the glory Rome has to offer. We walked The Vatican to the Colosseum from our front door returning to their roof top bar to toast the day. Here you can review your days trek.. the view is unmatched.
We would without reservations recommend The Eden.
Thanks to all.

“Nice spot for a few days in Rome...Good location/clean room”

This was our first stop in Europe and upon arriving we were greeted by the friendly staff. Although our flight arrived early in the morning, our room was ready and they allowed us to check-in early. The lobby was very nice and overall the property was clean, quiet, and classic. I would recommend the hotel, however the bar/restaurant at the hotel was extremely pricey and would suggest dining elsewhere.

“Be aware of the room you get”

I'm in Rome typically yearly and I've stayed twice at Eden Hotel. The first time I was on the 3rd floor facing the gardens and it was WONDERFUL. This past trip I was on the first floor just above the storage room (room 107). It was extremely loud due to the noise underneath and woke me up on a regular basis. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff is impecible and the location can't be beat. I will certainly return to the hotel but I will try not to stay on the 1st floor again.

Room Tip: Ensure you're not on the 1st floor (rooms 104, 105, 106, 107) or the same floor as the spa and I...

“Awesome...just don't have breakfast”

This hotel was pure Italian Luxury. The decor, the staff and the room were all five stars. Located a little bit out of the center, it should not pose a problem once you return to the quiet of the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was a little pricey...about 70 euros per person. The American newlywed couple complaining about their eggs didn't help either! But the view made up for it.
You are close to the Via Vittorio Veneto which has all the posh shops and restaurants you will ever need.
If planning a honeymoon to Rome...Eden will not let you down.

Room Tip: Breakfast is pricey! Act like a local and venture out to cafe. There are numerous options just outsi...
