This is a very beautiful hotel, it has been renovated with great care, the building dates from the late 30s (quite a bit of marble about!) and the furniture is mostly from the 40s, with plenty of vintage collectables. It is very smart and welcoming at the same time, it almost feels like a home.
Service is great, the staff are very attentive and helpful. It has no restaurant but the restaurants they suggested were very good and stumbled across other great ones near by.
It is not in the centre and you need to take a bus to get there, but this has advantages as it is very quiet and the local restaurants are much more genuine.
The room was very spacious and impecable, very stylish and with lovely wooden floors.
Very highly recommended!
