located very close to Termini railway station, this B&B was ideal for me (getting in Rome by train and on next day take the train to the airport).
Room clean, comfortable and quiet.
The place is unattended (you get a set of keys for the various doors) and so you have to prepare breakfast by yourself using the common kitchenette: food is scarce both in quantity, in variety and in quality.

Owner was not there when we arrived, and did not answer numerous emails and phone calls. When I threatened, to give a poor review, then returned email and called me a liar and refused a refund. I canceled payment from credit card. Did not apologize or offer compensation or alternatives. Very unpleasant and hostile. Found another hotel nearby.

We stayed here for the weekend. The location is perfect, one minute from Termini station. The rooms are nice, good sized and very clean - probably a bit noisy in the evening (but not later then 10) and in the morning (starting at about 9). The breakfast ist typical Italian: coffee machince in your room, croissants and cake. Francesco (I guess the owner) was really nice and exerted. We could even left our luggage the whole sunday and keep the key to pick it up in the evening before leaving... We would absolutely book it again and can highly recommend it if you like it nice, uncomplicated and clean :)
