first of all thanks to Babu for everything. hotel is in an apartment which is just 2 min. away from the Termini. Babu gives you all the keys (even the apartments key) so you feel like your home. everything in the room is new and very functional. we loved the decoration of the room.
our room was quite big and clean. bed was very comfortable. lcd tv is the biggest one I've seen in the hotels. bathroom is big enough. safe box is in the room and free of charge. there is cenral heating and A/C in the room. in the day central heating is working very well. at night you can turn on the A/C for heating. (at our first night A/C turned on automatically when central heating stopped working)
Babu gives you a ticket for the breakfast. you go to a bar bar on the next street with this ticket and take your drink and tasty croissant.

we recommend Babu's place if you are looking for a clean, comfortable bed and nice memories.

“Very nice place for a trip”

The rooms are new, simple and modern.
Very friendly place and best location! just a few minutes from Termini Station! From Termini we had direct access to all trains and buses which was great.
We paid 45 Euro/per night!

“Nice staff (Babu) and great location”

The cleaner was rude and I continued to say hi to her our whole stay and she never even gave me a smile! Bit awesome location and because we booked well in advance we got a great price. Although it was advertised they had a small kitchen which is not what they had at all...?

“Great location, very friendly people!”

A casa di penelope is a hotel in a building of apartments, which is not bothering.
The rooms are new, simple and modern. There was an everyday cleaning of the room.
The breakfast was a couple of blocks away, coffee or juice and a croissant type sweet with cream or jelly, pretty good! Excellent cappuccino!
The only thing that bothered us is that they didnt change the sheets for 5 nights even though we asked several times and the towels were changed only once after request (they told every 2 days).
Very friendly personel and best location!
We would stay there again!
