“Perfect location, great place to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 October 2011 via mobile

The place is 3minute walk from termini station, the rooms are quite big and the bathroom was clean!

The breakfast was simple but good, continental breakfast, personally enjoyed a lot.

The owner was very nice and there was no problem with leaving the luggage on last day and picking it up in the evening just before flight.

Definately value for money and great location (decent restaurants nearby)

If I return too Rome again, I'll definately stay there again.

“We stay here every time we come to Rome!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 July 2011

We have stayed with Ulli about six times now - on holidays, and every time we come to Rome for the rugby. If only the Scottish team were as reliable......
The area round the Termini Station may not be the most sophisticated, but it is great for the airport buses and all the other transport, there are lots of good cafes and bars and there are nightingales in the Aquarium Gardens! Ulli has done a lot of work on the rooms, and we find them comfortable, and Ulli and his wife are very welcoming. It's great value and we are looking forward to our next visit in MArch 2012.

Room Tip: All rooms are fine.

“Felt like home!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 June 2011

This place is basically three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and two bathrooms. It's located in a condo building. Thus, it feels like home. The bedrooms are huge and very clean! The owner, Ulli, is extremely friendly. There is breakfast every morning which you bring into your bedroom. It's located by the train station which is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

“Four room joint that will get the job done”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 July 2009

Arrival: B&B is on the 2nd level (there is a lift). Transaction is cash, flexible. Phone number is posted outside if you're locked out, but they're usually there (remember +39 and drop the initial 0 for international calls).

The Stay: Italy in summertime is HOT. There was a fan in the room, and it worked better than the a/c (when we switched). The room is of Ikea and some paintings. Tall ceilings. Window looks out over park.

Check Out: We left the keys and went out for the day, leaving our luggage in the main room. No problems.

Review: Their English was fine. We could communicate well. Breakfast was a bit weak, left out mostly the night before (prepackaged pastries) other than the coffee pot. The bathrooms were always soggy, and the skeleton keys to the rooms didn't seem very secure.

Description: An affordable B&B a block from the Roma Pass booth in Termini. Wonderful, roomy accommodations. Great pick for Rome.
