Located just 10 minutes from the Vatican, it is a great location. You have to phone and arrange for the owner to meet me at the B&B, something that the booking agency - Venere - failed to tell me. The B&B is three smallish rooms on the ground floor of an apartment building, with a self-serve breakfast which was modest (to say the least). The room was quiet as we were furthest from the entrance door, and those with the room next to the entrance will get noise from people coming in and out of the building.
