About 10 minutes walk from Tiburtina Train Station. 5 minutes from a supermarket and some pizza stores.Breakfast provided was just bread, juice and coffee. Room was spacious with a double and 2 single for a 4 pax room at €100.
Room was cleaned daily, clean sheets and quiet environment despite being near the train station.Only noise was the toilet flushing which lasted few minutes and it sounded like some earthquake.
They charge 10 euro for laundry but you have to collect it from the balcony yourself. (They don’t have dryers).
No English speaking staffs, they couldn’t understand basic English. I had to use google translate to communicate to them.
No internet, but you can use the computer for 5 to 10 minutes when the main office are open in the morning.
The worse experience was trying to locate it. This is situated in a building where there are many apartments. You could not get thru the main door if you do not have keys, thus you would have to wait for someone to open it. Walking in thru the main entrance, you have to turn right and walk up. There is no indication on the door. It was thru a helpful neighbor that we managed to find the right one and get our room keys. If you want to stay here, ensure you arrive between 7am to 1pm, that's the only time the reception or office is open.
