We arrived at about 11 am and had difficulty finding the place. It's a small apartment in a residential building. You have to find the "BB Roman" button.
When we arrived, the room was not ready because the previous guests did not pack their things so the host had a difficult time packing up and cleaning the room. It was a bit icky to find the things of the previous guest all strewn around in the room.
We freshened up in the really small bathroom that had no hooks whatsoever where one can put up clothes / towels.
The landlady is friendly and speaks good English but does not actually stay in the apartment so it was a challenge, especially when on our second morning, the water heater tripped. Wifi didn't work the first day but worked the second day after we gave the feedback to the landlady.
Breakfast is ok - just bread, butter/jam and cereals.
The location is very good, though - near pizzerias, beside a gelataria and very near Tiburtina station. One can also walk from Bologna station.
I guess we got the right value for the money we paid.
